GAP is optional and the purchase of GAP is voluntary and not required by Stellantis Financial Services, Inc. You may be able to obtain GAP from an alternative source and GAP is not a substitute for collision or property damage insurance. If purchased, the product covers a deficiency balance resulting from a covered total loss or an unrecovered theft but will not cover a deficiency balance resulting from a repossession or voluntary surrender. If you choose to purchase GAP from Stellantis Financial Services, Inc., it is important that you (i) read and understand all terms, conditions, exclusions and claim requirements; (ii) understand how and when GAP may be cancelled; and (iii) how late payments and payment extensions impact its benefits (i.e., may not cover the full deficiency). Please ask a representative if you have any questions about these matters.
Please be advised that existing credit-related products related to or purchased in connection with your existing contract may be impacted by a refinance. GAP waivers and credit insurance are not transferable. You should review the terms and conditions of any applicable products for more information.
ANCILLARY PRODUCTS
We do not require the purchase of any ancillary products (e.g., GAP, credit insurance, service contracts) by a consumer in order for us to approve a credit application or for a consumer to receive a better rate. If your transaction with the dealership included any ancillary product that you did not agree to purchase, please let us know at compliance@stellantis-fs.com. Also, most ancillary products may be cancelled and you may be entitled to a refund or rebate. If you would like to cancel an ancillary product, you may call us at the following numbers: Retail Accounts please dial 1-800-234-0971 (MON-FRI 8:00 AM - 8:00 PMT EST) and lease accounts please dial 1-800-439-0985 (MON-THUR 8:00 AM - 11PM EST / FRI 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM EST / SAT 9:00 AM-5:30 PM EST) or notify us at compliance@stellantis-fs.com and we will gladly assist you in cancellation.

NOTICE TO SERVICE MEMBERS
The Service members Civil Relief Act (SCRA) is intended to provide specific benefits and protections when a service member is called to active duty. At Stellantis Financial Services, we recognize the compromises and sacrifices you make for our country as a service member. As part of our commitment to you, we want to make sure that you know about, and receive, the benefits of the SCRA. SCRA benefits include, but are not limited to, a maximum interest rate of six percent for the period of active duty for a retail credit contract, or, for a lease agreement, the option to terminate a motor vehicle lease without an early termination fee. If the SCRA applies and you lawfully terminate a motor vehicle leases, you must receive a refund of all lease amounts paid in advance (however, you may still be responsible for some end-of-lease amounts such as past due payments up to the date of termination, taxes, excess mileage and/or excess wear related to your vehicle). For both a retail credit contract and a lease, if the SCRA applies, repossession is prohibited unless a court order or written waiver is obtained. Our interest rate reduction policy also goes beyond what is required by the SCRA (e.g., deployed outside the USA and all National Guard orders – See FAQs), so even if you are not eligible pursuant to the SCRA, let us know if you receive orders. For example, we offer a courtesy interest rate reduction for the period that a service member customer is deployed outside of the USA even if not eligible for SCRA benefits. Also, state law may provide additional benefits. Please refer to our FAQs for more information. If you have questions about your account or would like to exercise your rights pursuant to the SCRA or state law, we encourage you to contact us as follows:

TELEPHONE RECORDING NOTICE
Inbound and outbound calls may be recorded or monitored. If you do not want to be recorded, please let us know during the telephone call.
TELEPHONE NUMBER NOTICE
If you have provided or provide a telephone number (wireless or landline) as a contact number, we may use that number to service your account, including sending text messages, calling using an automated dialer, or calling using an artificial voice or a pre-recorded message. If you do not wish to receive such calls, we ask that you please notify the Compliance Department as indicated above although you may choose another method of notification.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PAYMENTS
When making your payments please be aware of the following:
- Payments are required to be made by the due date listed in your contract and payments are considered past due if not received by the due date, even if your contract contains a “grace period.” If your contract permits a late fee, a “grace period” only pertains to when a late fee will be assessed. Please refer to your contract to see if your account has a late fee provision and a “grace period”.
- For simple interest contracts, a portion of your monthly payment is applied towards the amount of the obligation – the principal – and a portion of the payment is applied towards paying the finance charge – the interest. A greater percentage of your monthly payment is applied to interest early in the life of the contract, and a greater percentage is applied to the principal at the end. Thus, the principal balance decreases slowly at first and more quickly closer to the end of the loan term. A portion of your payment may also be applied to late fees that have accrued. To learn how and in what order your payments are applied, please contact the Compliance Department as indicated above.
- Since interest charges will accrue daily on past due amounts for simple interest contracts, the actual amount of finance charge and the actual amount of your final payment will depend on your payment record. If you make every payment on the due date, you will pay off the contract in the time frame described in the contract. However, if you make late payments, you will pay more finance charge (e.g., interest) and you will have a balance remaining after your final scheduled payment. Depending on the number and severity of late payments, the final balance may be significant (i.e., much more than the regular monthly payment amount). If that occurs, you will have the option to pay the remaining balance or to continue to make monthly payments in the regularly scheduled amount until the balance is resolved. If you make every payment before the due date, you will pay less finance charge.
- Payment extension(s) will result in a longer repayment period than originally scheduled. A payment extension(s) will result in more interest accruing on your account and a higher principal balance than if payments were made as originally scheduled in your contract. Interest will continue to accrue during the extension period and your payment(s) immediately following the extension period will be disproportionately allocated to the unpaid interest if not all to unpaid interest.
- If you pay ahead, the most we will move your next due date is 3 months regardless of the amount paid. Any amount in excess of the interest due (and applicable fees that are due and payable, if any) will be applied to principal. If you pay ahead and a payment is not due this month, be aware that interest is still accruing. If you would like to pay the interest, you should still make a payment. You may call us to find out how much interest has accrued.
- If a payment is returned due to insufficient funds or uncollected funds, Stellantis Financial Services, Inc. may choose to resubmit the payment a second time if the payment is eligible for resubmission. Resubmission may occur up to 7 days after the original payment date.
PAYMENT BY CHECK NOTICE
By sending us a check for payment, you authorize us to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account. In certain circumstances, such as for technical or processing reasons, we may process your payment as a check transaction. When we use information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day we receive your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your bank.
